Gesine Bullock-Prado is well known among Vermonters for her show “Baked in Vermont.” At Andrew Pearce Bowls, we love her passion for cooking and the fact that she embraces our Vermont hand crafted wooden products. Because she is a friend (and a fan), we know that she puts Andrew Pearce bowls, boards and platters to use in everyday life, but she paid us the ultimate compliment when recently using our products to display some of her baked creations in the CBS network show, The Dish.

In the episode, CBS Saturday Morning E9 March 4 2023 on CBS, Bullock-Prado teaches the art of baking and shares some of her latest creations coming out in her newest cookbook, My Vermont Table. She discussed what led her from Hollywood to the Green Mountain state and gave viewers a look inside the joys of Vermont living and cooking.

The CBS show takes place in her Vermont home and at her table where she shares freshly baked Vermont maple donuts beautifully displayed on the table atop our Rustic Wedding Cake Stand. She also breaks bread with host, Jeff Glor, using an Andrew Pearce Large Live Edge Cutting Board.

Gesine Bullock-Prado exudes authentic Vermont pride, charm and creativity as she embraces the virtues of sugaring season teaching Glor the allure of the ever-popular Maple Sugar on Snow. The episode concludes with Glor and his co-hosts back in the CBS studio sharing some of Gesine’s recipes. We noticed that centered on the host’s table is the all new Andrew Pearce Notch Dough Bowl in which a fresh loaf of bread is beautifully showcased.
