Shipping Policy

  • If an order is placed Monday-Thursday, please expect 2-3 business days for shipment. If an order is placed on Friday, it will likely be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday as we do not ship during the weekend. If you have paid for engraving, this will delay the shipment by 1-2 business days. Please expect longer shipping delays during the holiday season. 
  • Once your order has been placed, it is carefully packaged and shipped from our flagship location in Hartland, Vermont. Upon shipping, a shipping confirmation email containing UPS tracking information will be sent to you. 
  • If choosing to have your order shipped to a PO Box, then your package will be shipped through USPS and tracking information will not be available. We strongly recommend that customers provide a physical address and choose to ship via UPS at checkout.
  • Once packages leave our facility, our company has the same shipping and tracking information that is sent to the customer. Shipments can at times be subject to delays that are unfortunately out of our company's control. If packages arrive late or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping service directly, within 90 days.
  • Andrew Pearce Bowls will not be responsible or liable for purchases delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.
  • If/when free shipping is offered and chosen at checkout, packages are shipped via UPS Ground. 
    • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
    • Shipping an Exchange or Return? To return your product, please safely ship the package back to us at the following address: Andrew Pearce Bowls, 59 US Route 4 East, Woodstock, Vermont 05091
    • We are only able to ship to locations in the Continental U.S.; This includes Alaska and Hawaii. We are unfortunately unable to ship to Puerto Rico or Canada. 
    • Please be aware that during holidays and special promotions shipping may be delayed. Thank you for your patience.
