• Our standard shipping service is UPS Ground. Expect orders placed Monday-Thursday to ship within 2-3 days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday. Orders with engraving will take an extra 2 business days. Please expect longer shipping times during the holiday season.

• We carefully package and ship all orders from our flagship location in Hartland, Vermont. We’ll send you shipping confirmation as soon as the package goes out.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes.

• If a package arrives damaged please do not use the damaged product, save the original packaging, and contact us immediately.
