Shipping Policy

FedEx and UPS have been relying more on rail transportation due to the influx of shipping from coast to coast. This shift in shipping methods has led to delayed scanning of shipping labels resulting in tracking information not being relayed to customers. If one of our packages does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please wait three days before concluding that your package has gone missing during transit.

If choosing to have your order shipped to a PO Box, then your package will be shipped through USPS only. To better track our packages via FedEx or UPS, we prefer that customers provide a physical address.

SHIPPING POLICY: Once your order has been placed, it is carefully packaged and then shipped generally within two business days. Upon shipping, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. 

Once packages leave our facility, our company has the same shipping and tracking information that is sent to the customer. Shipments can at times be subject to delays that are unfortunately out of our company's control. If packages arrive late or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping service provider. 

Please be aware that during holidays and time periods where special promotions are underway, we may be delayed in packing and shipping orders. Thank you for your patience.
