Shipping Policy

  • If an order is placed Monday-Thursday, please expect 2 days for shipment. If an order is placed on Friday, it will likely be shipped on Monday or Tuesday as we do not ship during the weekend. If you have paid for engraving, this will delay the shipment by 1-2 days. 
  • Once your order has been placed, it is carefully packaged and then shipped from our flagship location in Vermont, generally within two business days. Upon shipping, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. 
  • If choosing to have your order shipped to a PO Box, then your package will be shipped through USPS only. To better track our packages we prefer that customers provide a physical address and ship via UPS.
  • Once packages leave our facility, our company has the same shipping and tracking information that is sent to the customer. Shipments can at times be subject to delays that are unfortunately out of our company's control. If packages arrive late or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping service provider. 
  • Andrew Pearce Bowls will not be responsible or liable for purchases delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.
    • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Due to custom regulations, we are only able to ship to locations in the Continental U.S.; This includes Alaska and Hawaii. We are unfortunately unable to ship to Puerto Rico or Canada. 
    • Please be aware that during holidays and time periods where special promotions are underway, we may be delayed in packing and shipping orders. Thank you for your patience.
