Terrible

The box was falling apart. I'm too embarrassed to package the salad bowl in it so I'm going to have to find something else. You shouldn't offer this as an option, especially as an extra expense, if you send out boxes in this bad of shape.

Thank you for great service and attitude for this phone order of 4 bowls

The bowls are indeed lovely.
My only disappointment (mild) is that they are very lightweight and this makes them feel less substantial.
