ENGRAVE A WOODEN BOWL OR BOARD:

OPTION #1

• On the product page, click the "ADD ENGRAVING" box before adding the item to your bag.
• Enter the message to be engraved in the text box.
• Click "Add to Bag"

• Call us at (802)735-1884, 10am - 5pm EST Monday-Saturday or 10am - 3pm Sunday.
• Place your order over the phone, and we’ll help you work out the engraving details.

TO CONSIDER WHEN ENGRAVING A BOWL: 

• Bowls are engraved on the outside bottom (a.k.a the foot) of the bowl, allowing you to use the inside of the bowl for all your favorite salads.
• Customers can choose to either have 2 lines of text engraved; Line One (Top) has 30 characters; Line Two (Bottom) has 20 characters OR a single line of text engraved all around the foot of the bowl that is up to 60 characters long. 

TO CONSIDER WHEN ENGRAVING A BOARD:

• Customers may choose to have 1-2 lines of text engraved, up to 20 characters long.
• Unless specified otherwise, we engrave single and double live edge cutting boards on the front of the board, in the lower left-hand corner.
• Unless specified otherwise, we engrave platters on the foot of the platter. 
• Simon & Andrew Collaboration Boards will be engraved centered on the bottom of the board unless specified otherwise.  

POPULAR ENGRAVING IDEAS:

• A wedding couple's names or initials and their wedding date
• A significant date and/or location for an anniversary, birthday, or milestone
• A short, meaningful quote
• A new home’s address 

GENERAL ENGRAVING INFORMATION

• Our default font is Book Antiqua. Customers may also choose Century Gothic or Georgia. 
• Engraved messages tend to stand out more when engraved on a cherry bowl or board.
• Engraved messages tend to be more subtle when engraved on a walnut bowl or board.
• Standard engraving does not include images or logos, which would require additional time and labor. Please call our retail staff to discuss a logo or image engraving. 
• Having an item engraved will delay shipment by 1-2 days. 
• XL/24" Bowls and Burls cannot be engraved. 
• ONCE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN ENGRAVED, THEY CAN’T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
