Disappointed...

I have 9 Andrew Pearce pieces. I have ordered many for wedding presents and gifts for many years. This one came - and it was something I could have picked up at Marshalls (with better quality). I called and the response was nonchalant and there was no consideration for being a long time customer or the fact that I had to pivot and find a different wedding gift. I am happy with the ones I have - but based on this 'new attitude'... I won't likely be buying any more products from Andrew Pearce.
