Handsome packaging, a good indicator of something special within

Thank you for great service and attitude for this phone order of 4 bowls

The bowls are indeed lovely.
My only disappointment (mild) is that they are very lightweight and this makes them feel less substantial.

The box for the tree was quite large and damaged. I thought the tree was great but am disappointed with the gift packaging.
